Return & Pre-Order Policy
Return Policy:
Due to COVID-19, we are not processing exchanges or refunds. All sales are Final.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and can not be modified once processed.
Please be sure to check all merchandise immediately. All damages must be claimed within 24 hrs of receiving merchandise. A store credit will then be issued.
Pre-Order Policy:
Our preorder section includes items we are waiting to be delivered to our facility. Once received, we will begin processing orders. Please take note of the date and be aware that the date is an estimate. Items MAY arrive earlier but please allow the full timeframe for your item to be shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: If you place an order for an in stock item on the same order with a preorder item, this will delay your order until your preorder item comes in. If your in stock item order is time sensitive, please place separate orders to avoid delay.
